India's Smart
Metro Guide
Find routes, fares, timings and metro information across India.
⏰ Timings
Delhi Metro services generally start early morning and continue until late evening. First/last train timings vary by line, station and day, so check the station display or official DMRC information before a time-critical journey.
💳 Smart Card
Smart Card travel normally receives a discount against the applicable token fare. The exact payable amount can vary with the current fare rules and eligible concessions.
🔄 Interchanges
At interchange stations, follow the colour/line signs and allow extra walking time. CLICK METRO marks line changes separately in the route steps.
✈️ Airport Express
The Airport Express is shown separately because its fare and ticketing structure should not be assumed to be the same as the standard DMRC city-network fare slabs.
🚇 Aqua & Rapid Metro
These connected NCR systems are included in the route database where practical, but their ticketing/fare rules can differ from the main Delhi Metro network.
♿ Accessibility
Many metro stations provide lifts, escalators and accessibility facilities. For a specific station, confirm the currently available facility before travel.
Standard fare slabs: ₹11 (0–2 km), ₹21 (2–5 km), ₹32 (5–12 km), ₹43 (12–21 km), ₹54 (21–32 km), ₹64 (>32 km).
Sunday / national holiday: ₹11, ₹11, ₹21, ₹32, ₹43, ₹54 respectively.
CLICK METRO calculates the route first and then applies the fare table. For Airport Express, Aqua and Rapid Metro, use the line-specific rules shown in the route result.
- Keep your destination station and interchange in mind before boarding.
- At busy interchanges, follow signs instead of changing platforms randomly.
- For airport journeys, allow additional time for security and terminal access.
- For the latest operational change, check official DMRC announcements before a critical trip.
- Do not rely on an estimated travel time when catching a flight, exam or other fixed-time appointment.
How do I find a Delhi Metro route?
Select the From and To stations above and tap Find Route. CLICK METRO shows stations, interchanges, approximate distance, time and fare.
Can I search a station by name?
Yes. Use the search box at the top or the Station List section. Common station-name aliases are handled by the route finder where available.
Are the distance and time live?
No. They are network-based estimates, not a live train-position prediction. Actual journey time can change with waiting, interchange walking and service conditions.
Does the fare include every NCR metro system?
No. Some connected systems have separate fare/ticketing rules. The route result identifies when a separate network or transfer is involved.
Why is Soorghat not selectable?
It is physically present on the Pink Line corridor, but trains currently bypass the station in the operational routing used here.

Bengaluru
Namma Metro operates the city's urban metro network. Use the city information card below for network status and links when available.
Hyderabad
Hyderabad Metro Rail is a major operational network with multiple corridors. Line-specific fares and timings should be checked before travel.
Kolkata
Kolkata Metro is India's oldest metro system and includes the country's first underwater metro tunnel beneath the Hooghly.
Kochi
Kochi also has the Water Metro, using electric-hybrid boats to connect islands. Metro and Water Metro are separate services and should be treated separately.
Operational
Use this category for passenger services currently running. A corridor should not be presented as operational merely because construction is complete or an inauguration has been announced.
Under Construction
CLICK METRO will show sanctioned or under-construction corridors separately so users do not mistake future stations for active stations.
Planned / Proposed
Proposals can change. Planned corridors will therefore be marked as proposals and will not be included in the live route-finder graph until passenger service begins.
